I wrote this in 5 days. That includes the producing on the album as well. What started out as a writing excerise turned into an EP.

I looked deep within myself for 5 days and pulled out my most twisted memories and emotions to bring this to you. I've learned that in my life so far, its hard for me to communicate how I feel through words. I find that music is the best way for me to communicate how I feel about the world and about myself.

This is a journey and this is just the beginning.
